The learned AGP wants time to place on record the action<br \/>\ntaken against institution, which may be taken, if not already taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>(emphasis<br \/>\nsupplied)<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tOn the next<br \/>\ndate of hearing, i.e. 20.09.2010, learned AGP stated that:-\n<\/p>\n<p> Show Cause<br \/>\nNotice issued to the school on 18th September 2010 asking<br \/>\nthe school to submit its explanation within 7 days for not complying<br \/>\nwith the directions issued by the District Education<br \/>\nOfficer&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tOn<br \/>\n30.09.2010, learned AGP stated that:-\n<\/p>\n<p> though the<br \/>\nattempt was made to seek cooperation from respondent no.4<br \/>\nPrincipal, Shri Bhakti Vidhalaya at Vadia, Taluka Savli, District<br \/>\nVadodara, she is not able to procure the same&#8230;&#8230;.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.3\tThis Court<br \/>\ntherefore issued direction to respondent No.4   Principal, Shree<br \/>\nBhakti Vidhyalaya to remain personally present before this Court<br \/>\ntoday, i.e. 07.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tMr.R.H.Joshi<br \/>\nand Mr.I.M.Mistry tender apology to this Court and assure that they<br \/>\nwill see to it that necessary record of the Trust is obtained from<br \/>\nthe past President of the Trust, who has expired in the year 2004 and<br \/>\nthe same will be produced before the District Education Officer at<br \/>\nthe earliest.
