BASANT, J.\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                            B.A.No.  3322 of   2007\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                   Dated this the 19th day of   June, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>         Application for regular bail.   The petitioners face allegations<\/p>\n<p>of   having   committed   an   offence   punishable   under   Section   55(a)   of<\/p>\n<p>the   Kerala   Abkari   Act.     They   were         allegedly   found   to   be   in<\/p>\n<p>possession   of   about   400   litres   of   spirit   on     13.2.2007.     They   were<\/p>\n<p>arrested   in   some   other   crime.     They   were     directed   to   be   produced<\/p>\n<p>before   the   Magistrate.     Their   arrest   was   recorded   in   this   case   on<\/p>\n<p>20.3.2007.  Investigation is complete.   Final report has already been<\/p>\n<p>filed.   They   continue in custody from 20.3.2007.<\/p>\n<p>       2.       The learned counsel for the petitioners prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said prayer   and I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied   that,   the     investigation   having   been   completed   and   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   having   been   in   custody   for   a   period   of   about   3   months,<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioners   can   now   be   enlarged   on   bail   subject   to   appropriate<\/p>\n<p>terms  and   conditions.    The  allegation  is   serious.     The magnitude  of<\/p>\n<p>the operation is huge.  But, inspite of all that,  I am satisfied that  they<\/p>\n<p>can   now   be   enlarged   on   bail   subject   to   appropriate   terms   and<\/p>\n<p>conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nB.A.No.  3322 of   2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       3.  In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       1)  This application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2)   The  petitioners  shall  be  released  on  bail  on  the  following  terms<\/p>\n<p>and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       (a)    They  shall  execute    bonds  for  Rs.1,00,000\/-   (Rupees  one  lakh<\/p>\n<p>only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>of the  court, before which the case against them is pending.<\/p>\n<p>       (b)  They shall make themselves available for interrogation before the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer between 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.   on the first Monday<\/p>\n<p>of   all   English   calender   months   until   the     case   against   them   is   finally<\/p>\n<p>disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                           (R.
