Justice M.C.HARI RANI\n\n Dated :02\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n               K.M.JOSEPH &amp; M.C.HARI RANI, JJ.\n        ------------------------------------------------------\n                W.P.(C) No.26181 of 2010-W\n            ----------------------------------------------\n          Dated, this the 2nd day of September, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>K.M.Joseph, J.<\/p>\n<p>             This writ petition is filed seeking the following<\/p>\n<p>relief:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     &#8221; to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<br \/>\n     writ, order or direction commanding the respondent No.2<br \/>\n     and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members<br \/>\n     except in accordance with law.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Government Pleader. The complaint of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in short is that, the official respondent is interfering<\/p>\n<p>in the civil dispute between the parties. Learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader would submit as follows: A complaint was received<\/p>\n<p>from the 4th respondent. The police officer, noting that it is<\/p>\n<p>essentially a civil dispute has not registered any crime and<\/p>\n<p>that he does not intend to interfere in the matter.
