Case No. 362 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 147, 148, 448, 341, 323, 379, 435, 511\/504 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(x) of S.C. &amp; S.T. of<\/p>\n<p>                    Prevention of Atrocities Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking    into consideration that the       entire<\/p>\n<p>                    occurrence took place on account of land dispute above named<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                    bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                    like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Banka in connection with above stated Banka<\/p>\n<p>                    (Barahat) P.S.
