No.22583 of 2010\n                        MIRTUNJAY KUMAR PANKAJ SON OF MUTHU RAM\n                                               Versus\n                                        STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.      7.7.2010              Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              It has been submitted that the petitioners are not named<\/p>\n<p>                   in the first information report nor have been named by the victim<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned. However, from perusal of the case diary it appears that<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioners were arrested where the victim had been detained<\/p>\n<p>                   and named in the confessional statement the co-accused Anil<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar Das, who was the driver of the vehicle, who has also<\/p>\n<p>                   disclosed the entire game plan.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In view of such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view of<\/p>\n<p>                   the serious nature of the offence.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            ( Anjana Prakash, J. )<\/p>\n<p>     Narendra\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Jitendra Kumar Choudhary vs The State Of Bihar on 7 July, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
