CHIDAMBARAM<\/a>): I beg to move the following resolution:-\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, read with sub-section (3) of section 7 of the said Act, this House hereby approves of Notification No. 78\/2008-Customs, dated the 13th June, 2008 [G.S.R. 457(E), dated the 13th June, 2008] which seeks to amend the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act so as to increase export duty leviable on iron ores, all sorts, falling under Heading No.11 of the said Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 from Rs. 300 per tonne to 20% ad valorem.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20SPEAKER%3A%20The%20question%20is\">MR.
