Does Plot- C 1677 Todar Mal Colony, Thana Road, Behind Punjab National Bank measuring\n        about 1700 fall within the jurisdiction of the MCD?\n\n   2.   If yes, then is the building on the aforementioned plot illegal?\n\n   3.   If not, then what action has been taken by the MCD?\n\n   4.   Will the MCD take further action and by when?\n\n\nPIO's Reply:\n   1-    Yes the area falls under the jurisdiction of MCD\n   2-    No\n   3-    The property no.
