                   appellant are present.\n<\/p>\n
                            This appeal will be heard.\n<\/p>\n
                            Call for the L.C.R.\n<\/p>\n
                            Learned counsel for the appellant submits<\/p>\n
                   that due to the appellant having been sentenced to a<\/p>\n
                   period of three years of rigorous imprisonment, he<\/p>\n
                   has been allowed provisional bail by the trial-court<\/p>\n
                   namely, Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special<\/p>\n
                   Case No. 75 of 1986, arising out of Vigilance P.S.<\/p>\n
                   Case No. 30 of 1986. Prayer is made for confirming<\/p>\n
                   the provisional bail.\n<\/p>\n
                            Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to<\/p>\n
                   the appellant Narendra Kumar Sharma is confirmed<\/p>\n
                   till the disposal of the appeal.<\/p>\n
