No.26329 of 2010\n                    CHANDAN KUMAR, SON OF SRI MADAN LAL MISHRA\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   30.09.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                  under Sections 498(A), 406\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections \u00be<\/p>\n<p>                  of Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2010, let<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or<\/p>\n<p>                  any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                  Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Parasa Bazar P.S. Case No. 16 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2010 subject to the following condition: (i)That one of the bailors will be a<\/p>\n<p>                  close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy<\/p>\n<p>                  as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to<\/p>\n<p>                  furnish information to the Court about any change in address of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner volunteers to deposit Rs. 500\/- (Five hundred )<\/p>\n<p>                  per month in the court below firstly within 15 days of release from jail<\/p>\n<p>                  custody and subsequently by 15th every month which the wife of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner will be at liberty to withdraw without prejudice the right of the<\/p>\n<p>                  parties.
