Permission was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\npaper are received from the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHeard<br \/>\nKunverben Haribhai Nakrani.  She is personally present aged 70 years.<br \/>\n The presence seems to be with the purpose to impress the Court and<br \/>\ninvoke sympathy of the Court, more particularly, when the convict was<br \/>\non temporary bail for a period of 50 days to get medical treatment to<br \/>\nhis mother (present applicant).\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\napplication is filed seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days<br \/>\nso as to enable the convict to carry out agricultural operations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP made available for perusal the jail remarks with utmost<br \/>\npromptness. The Court puts its appreciation on record for promptness.<br \/>\nOn perusal of the jail remarks, it is noticed that in the months of<br \/>\nApril and May 2011, the convict was on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n50 days for the purpose of treatment of his mother.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tOn<br \/>\ninquiry as to who was undertaking agricultural operations for last<br \/>\nabout five years for which the convict is in jail, the applicant<br \/>\nreplied that she used to get the land cultivated.  If she can get the<br \/>\nland cultivated for last five years, there is no reason, more<br \/>\nparticularly the convict was out for 50 days, to release him on<br \/>\ntemporary bail.
