SANKARAN, J.\n                    ---------------------------\n                     B.A. No. 1764 of 2010\n                ------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 7th day of April, 2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438<\/p>\n<p>of the Code of Criminal Procedure.       The petitioner is accused<\/p>\n<p>No.1 in Crime No.910\/2009 of Nemom Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The offences alleged against the petitioner are under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 465, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    When the Bail Application came up for hearing on<\/p>\n<p>29\/03\/2010, the following order was passed:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           &#8220;After having heard the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, I am of<\/p>\n<p>     the   view   that   before   disposing   of   the  Bail<\/p>\n<p>     Application, an opportunity should be given to the<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner to appear before the investigating officer.<\/p>\n<p>     Accordingly, there will be a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner to appear before the investigating officer<\/p>\n<p>     at 9 A.M. on 2nd and 3rd April, 2010. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>     shall produce a copy of the order before the<\/p>\n<p>     investigating officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           Post on 7th April, 2010.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>           It  is  submitted    by    the   learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>     Prosecutor that the petitioner will not be arrested<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 1764 \/ 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      until further orders in connection with Crime No.910<\/p>\n<p>      of 2009 of Nemom Police Station.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.     It is submitted by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has complied with the direction contained in the order<\/p>\n<p>dated 29\/03\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      5.     Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, the nature of the offence and other circumstances, I am of<\/p>\n<p>the view that anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a direction that in the event of the arrest of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the officer in charge of the police station shall release<\/p>\n<p>her on bail on her executing bond for Rs.15,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>officer concerned, subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         A) The petitioner shall          report    before  the<br \/>\n             investigating officer between 9 A.M and 11 A.M.<br \/>\n             on first Monday of every month, till the final<br \/>\n             report is filed or until further orders;<\/p>\n<p>         B) The     petitioner    shall    appear    before the<br \/>\n             investigating officer for interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A. No. 1764 \/ 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         C) The petitioner shall not try to influence the<br \/>\n             prosecution  witnesses or      tamper     with   the<br \/>\n             evidence;\n<\/p>\n<p>         D) The petitioner shall not commit any offence or<br \/>\n             indulge in any prejudicial activity while on bail;<\/p>\n<p>         E) In case of breach of any of the conditions<br \/>\n             mentioned above, the bail shall be liable to be<br \/>\n             cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Bail Application is allowed to the extent indicated<\/p>\n<p> above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   K.T.
