No.6471 of 2010 (H)\n             ---------------------------------\n             Dated, this the 3rd day of March, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   petitioner has   made     allegations  against  certain<\/p>\n<p>constructions undertaken by the party respondents. According to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, though a building permit has been obtained by the<\/p>\n<p>respondents, construction undertaken by them is against the<\/p>\n<p>conditions of the building permit, Building Rules and also Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>interim order passed by the Principal Munsiff Court, Ernakulam in<\/p>\n<p>O.S.957\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   When the case came up for admission on 01\/03\/2010, it<\/p>\n<p>was adjourned and was posted to today, with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>learned standing counsel to obtain instructions in the matter. On<\/p>\n<p>instructions, the learned standing counsel confirms that Ext.P9<\/p>\n<p>complaint has been received from the petitioner seeking action<\/p>\n<p>against the alleged unauthorised construction made by the party<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Having regard to the fact that Ext.P9 representation has been<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No.6471\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>received and is pending, it is directed that the 5th respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P9 with notice to the petitioner and party respondents,<\/p>\n<p>take a decision thereon and take appropriate action in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>four weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
