NO. 637 OF 2003\n               -----------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 29th day of October, 2007.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This is an appeal filed against the judgment and decree in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.R. No. 205\/1999 on the file of the Principal Sub Court,<\/p>\n<p>Kottayam. Acquisition is for the purpose of Muvattupuzha Valley<\/p>\n<p>Irrigation Project.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. It is seen that the enhancement is only 60% over the<\/p>\n<p>land value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer. It is brought to<\/p>\n<p>our notice that in several cases this Court has sustained such<\/p>\n<p>fixation by granting enhancement at the rate of 60%.
