But<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P9 representation has been submitted by the petitioner before the<\/p>\n<p>3rd respondent voicing      their grievances. On going through the<\/p>\n<p>averments in the writ petition and on hearing the submissions of<\/p>\n<p>Sri.K.S.Sudheer, the learned counsel for the petitioner, I feel that<\/p>\n<p>there is an element of genuineness in the grievance voiced by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Ext.P9 will be taken up by the 3rd respondent at the earliest<\/p>\n<p>and correct decision on the same will be taken taking into account the<\/p>\n<p>various grounds raised in the writ petition. If the petitioner is desirous<\/p>\n<p>of a hearing opportunity, it is open to them to make a request in<\/p>\n<p>that regard before the 3rd respondent. Decision as directed above will<\/p>\n<p>be taken at the earliest and at any rate within three weeks of receiving<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this judgment together with a copy of this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>                                PIUS C.
