Tanaiy Singh\n                                    Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>      25.11.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for<br \/>\n2\/<br \/>\n                   the State and learned counsel for the informant, Mr. Manish Kumar, No.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                   2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                               There is case and counter case for the incident of the same<\/p>\n<p>                   day, theft of cash and mobile are said ornamental not supported by<\/p>\n<p>                   recovering. Wheat and seeds of mustered are claimed by petitioners of<\/p>\n<p>                   their own. Land dispute is there and earlier litigation is also there. All<\/p>\n<p>                   injuries except one caused by petitioner no.1 on head of the informant<\/p>\n<p>                   are caused by hard and blunt substance simple in nature and injury of<\/p>\n<p>                   informant found on head is doubted for its nature has been found incised<\/p>\n<p>                   wound 3&#8243; x \u00bc&#8221;. Specifically, it is stressed that this much of the injury<\/p>\n<p>                   may never found danger to life.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer<\/p>\n<p>                   of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the event of arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                   date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in connection with Arti<\/p>\n<p>                   P.S. Case No. 32 of 2010 above named petitioners shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya<\/p>\n<p>                   subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
