But I find that it<\/p>\n<p>will be possible to finally decide the appeal even before the service is<\/p>\n<p>completed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    This appeal pertains to acquisition of land for the<\/p>\n<p>construction of Thalassery-Mahe bye-pass to NH 17 pursuant to a<\/p>\n<p>notification under Section 4(1) dated               13-07-2000.       The awarding<\/p>\n<p>officer granted land value at the rate of Rs. 7761\/- per cent which was<\/p>\n<p>enhanced by the court to Rs. 17,500\/-. It is brought to my notice that a<\/p>\n<p>Division Bench of this court in a large number of cases including<\/p>\n<p>L.A.R. No. 766\/2006 approved the enhancement granted by the<\/p>\n<p>reference court.
