Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/02\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                        -------------------------\n                   W.P (C) No.3447 of 2011\n                       --------------------------\n              Dated this the 2nd February, 2011\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners are aggrieved by Ext.P7 proceedings of<\/p>\n<p>the District Collector cancelling mutation of the property<\/p>\n<p>mentioned therein. According to the petitioner, this order<\/p>\n<p>is revisable and therefore I refrain from entertaining the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition. However, the petitioners complained that<\/p>\n<p>since they have not so far been issued certified copy of the<\/p>\n<p>order, they are not entitled to pursue their remedies.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
