RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                            B.A. No. 3156 OF 2007\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                   Dated this the 30th day of May, 2007\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioner,   3   in   number,   seek   anticipatory   bail   on   the<\/p>\n<p>allegation   that   the   Vadakkanchery   police   are   at   their   heels   in<\/p>\n<p>connection   with   Crime   No.196\/07   registered   for   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under sections 498A and 306 read with section 34 IPC.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Petitioners   are   the   brother-in-law,   father-in-law   and<\/p>\n<p>mother-in-law respectively of Anupama, who committed suicide on<\/p>\n<p>16.5.07.  The marriage between Anupama and Rajeev, son of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners 2 and 3, was on 28.1.07.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,   submitted<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioners 1 and 2 are not accused in the crime and that<\/p>\n<p>the   3rd  petitioner,   who   was   the   mother-in-law,   is   the   2nd  accused<\/p>\n<p>and Rajeev is the first accused.   If so, the apprehension of arrest<\/p>\n<p>and   harassment   entertained   by   the   petitioners   1   and   2   is<\/p>\n<p>unfounded.     With   regard   to   the   3rd  petitioner   with   whom   the<\/p>\n<p>deceased  bride  was   residing after   the  marriage,  it   is  too   early  to<\/p>\n<p>accept  her contention that she has been falsely implicated in the<\/p>\n<p>case.  Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>BA.3156\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There   is   no   reason   why   she   should   not   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate having jurisdiction and seek regular bail.  Accordingly, if<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd petitioner surrenders  before the Magistrate concerned  and<\/p>\n<p>files  an  application  for  regular   bail,  within  two weeks  from  today,<\/p>\n<p>the same shall be considered and disposed  of, preferably on the<\/p>\n<p>same date on which it is filed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       This application is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 (V.
