Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3. In view of the averments filed in support of the petition, the learned X Judge, Court of Small Causes (Rent Controller), is directed to hear and dispose of R.C.O.P.No.1035 of 2006, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed.
