It is true that subject matter of the dispute is between the<\/p>\n<p>Advocates&#8217; association and Corporation. It is the case of the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>Corporation issued the impugned order because of his complaint. We are<\/p>\n<p>not going into the merits of the allegations raised by the petitioner in this<\/p>\n<p>appeal, but, we are of the opinion that nothing wrong will happen if<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is also heard. Therefore, we set aside the impugned order.
