No.448 of 2009 (The State of Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                 and others Vs. Yogendra Rai) and several analogous appeals<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         were disposed of. It is not in dispute that this matter is<\/p>\n<p>         identical and, admittedly, shall be governed by the said<\/p>\n<p>         judgment and order dated 22.5.2009.<\/p>\n<p>                   This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms<\/p>\n<p>         of the said judgment and order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel for the respondent no.1\/writ<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner wants   that the   factum of the writ petitioner<\/p>\n<p>         having retired from the service should be mentioned in this<\/p>\n<p>         order.
