In brief, the facts of the case are:\n\nThe appellant is claiming that she was aged '4 by\n\n38 years at the time of the accident, haleggandg \n\nworking as Lady Security Guard  Tata -1 \n\nCity at Bangalore and drawing' thefsavlary of it\n\nper month. On account of thefitflhfjurfies fsustaine\ufb01di by her\nin the road traffic accidi_ei:.t,  clairnfvpetition\nbefore the Tribunai,   against the\n\nrespondeiitsgtcontending'--that';atfabout 12.30 a.m., on\n13.8.2ooQ\"she  in the bus bearing No.KA~\u00bb\n\n15\/A-_382b\"-gffrorn to go to Chailakere and\n\n the  busffffw-as' proceeding near Nithyananda\n\n  the driver of the said bus drove the\n\nsarnuef in_ .ail.V_rash and negligent manner and dashed\n\nf\"~..\u00ab.._'_\"-.agains:t_the road side tree on the left side of the road,\n\n   which, she sustained injuries. Immediately, she\n\n shifted to Bapuji hospital, where she has taken\n\n\/\"WM\n\n\n\ntreatment as inpatient up to 21.8.2000 and spent\n\nreasonable amount towards medical expenses,\n\nconveyance and other incidental charges. On  \n\nthe injuries sustained by the appellant..i,ni'fth:e::: \" \n\naccident, she has lost her original \n\npermanent dis\ufb01gurement of facegshe been  \njob _ and lost her earnings. The  \nup for consideration before     Hlllribunal\nafter hearing both sides the oral and\ndocumentary   the said claim\n\npetition inai$?\u00e9ifde'dr\"ialis31i'm Rs.39,000\/~ as\n\ncompensation uliderldifferent heads with interest at 8%\n\np.a.. fromllthe .date'20f 'peltition till its realisation. Being\n\n  by the\"-quantum of compensation awarded by\n\n appellant has presented this appeal,\n\nseeking enhancement of compensation.\n\n  have gone through the grounds urged by\n\nA i~:l_'t'hneVl appellant in the memorandum of appeal and heard\n\n  learned counsel appearing for second respondent.<\/pre>\n

5. After perusal of the original records available on file
\nat threadbare, including the impugned judgment and
\naward passed by the Tribunal, it emerges that, the<\/p>\n
appellant was aged about 38 years working as <\/p>\n
Security Guard in Tata Electronics City  _<\/p>\n
and drawing the salary of Rs.2,000\/–  it 2 <\/p>\n
accident has occurred on 13th:=.,August it<\/p>\n

\ntreatment and in yiew ofhthi\u00e9;  by her, she<\/p>\n
has sufferedplernianent’dis\ufb01gurernent of face and she has
\nbeen advised to ‘under , surgery which requires<\/p>\n
heavy; amount.   it emerges from the records that,<\/p>\n
 duexlto unavoidable reasons, she could to examine the<\/p>\n
lboclter  the percentage of disability suffered<\/p>\n

appellant looks fairly beautiful prior to the accident and
\non account of the injuries sustained by her, there is a<\/p>\n
permanent dis\ufb01gurement on her face and now shetdoes<\/p>\n
