I ha*Je&#8217;hea1!i the  counsel for the appellant<\/p>\n<p>and    for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>   V.   while passing the award has failed to<\/p>\n<p>  fact that the appe\ufb02ant has sustained<\/p>\n<p>  L t1.vo&#8217;\u00a7&#8217;ie9:ieu\u00e9&#8217; injuries. A sum of Rs.5,000\/~ has been<\/p>\n<p> under this head and no compensation has<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;  &#8216;ewarded for the seecmd gievous injuzry. in View of<\/p>\n<p>@\u00ab4.&#8221;&#8221;&#8221;&#8221;&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>not awaxding any compensation for the second gievous<\/p>\n<p>injury, I deem it just and proper to award a.&#8217;sifHi_1&#8242;-wet&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Rs.5,000\/&#8211; towards the second gievous  ~<\/p>\n<p>appellant has undergone treatm.em_  30V K 2<\/p>\n<p>days in a hospital and being <\/p>\n<p>award of Rs.&#8217;2,()0O\/&#8211;  toot<\/p>\n<p>meagre a sum. The   &#8216;3tands&#8221;e1Lh.arieed to a<\/p>\n<p>sum of Rgs;m,eii,ie&#8217;;,{\u00ab&#8217;;  35$ been made with<br \/>\nregard\u00bb \/co\u00bb   V  conveyance. Under<br \/>\nthe said &#8216;beast&#8217;g&#8217;jeVsj.:m4&#8243;&#8216;eef &#8220;&#8216;Rs.5,900\/-. is awarded to the<\/p>\n<p>appellantlt&#8217;&#8212;..V%Ml3}t   of Rs.5,()G\u00a2.t)\/- is awarded<\/p>\n<p>  the gfievious in_\u00a7ury. A sum of R$.10,0{){)\/&#8211;<\/p>\n<p> suffering, a sum of Rs.5,0{)0\/&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>  nourishment and conveyance and the<\/p>\n<p> same  stand added to the compensation already<\/p>\n<p>A ti The enhanced compensation shall carry<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;
