DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 21\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner-convict has preferred this petition for grant of parole on<br \/>\nthe ground that he has to attend after death ritual of his younger<br \/>\nbrother who died on 11.6.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner-convict who has remained in prison for around 3 years and<br \/>\n5 months out of conviction of 10 years and his jail record is<br \/>\nreasonably good and reported to the jail authority in time whenever<br \/>\nhe was granted parole.  In the past the petitioner was earlier<br \/>\ngranted parole for a period of 15 days to attend after death ritual<br \/>\nof his younger brother  but considering overall aspects, I am<br \/>\ninclined to grant 15 days of parole from the date of his release on<br \/>\nfurnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000 with surety of like amount to<br \/>\nthe satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions.<br \/>\n On completion of the above parole period the petitioner shall<br \/>\nsurrender before the jail authority in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPetition<br \/>\nis allowed.
