BASANT, J.\n              --------------------------------------------\n                       B.A. NO. 4952 of 2007\n              --------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 16th day of August, 2007\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Application for regular bail.        The petitioner is the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>accused.   He faces allegations, inter alia, under Secs.326 and<\/p>\n<p>307 of the IPC. He continues in custody from 25\/6\/07.           An<\/p>\n<p>earlier application for regular bail filed by him was dismissed<\/p>\n<p>as per the order dated 23\/7\/07 in B.A.No.4443\/07.             That<\/p>\n<p>application was dismissed with observations. Accordingly, this<\/p>\n<p>application has been filed by the petitioner. This order has to<\/p>\n<p>be read in continuation of the said order and I am not hence<\/p>\n<p>adverting to the facts in any greater detail in this order.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said<\/p>\n<p>prayer and I am satisfied that the petitioner, who has<\/p>\n<p>remained in custody from 25\/6\/07, can now be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> B.A. NO. 4952 of 2007         -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>subject to appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. In the result:\n<\/p>\n<p>     (a) The application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     (b) The petitioner shall be released on bail on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>     (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000\/- with<\/p>\n<p>two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>the learned Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<p>     (ii) The petitioner shall make himself available          for<\/p>\n<p>interrogation before the Investigating Officer on all Mondays and<\/p>\n<p>Fridays between 10 a.m. and 12 noon for a period of three<\/p>\n<p>months    and   thereafter   as   and  when    directed   by  the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer in writing to do so.<\/p>\n<p>     (iii)   The petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of<\/p>\n<p>Mannar Police Station for a period of two months from this date,<\/p>\n<p>except for the purpose of complying with Condition No.(ii) above.<\/p>\n<p>                                         (R.
