carbine\u00a0with\u00a0stand,\u00a09\u00a0m.m.\u00a0pistol\u00a0made\u00a0in\u00a0Italy\u00a0(Auto\u00a0Pistol)\u00a0besides\u00a0country\u00a0made\u00a0<br \/>\n                 pistol\u00a0in\u00a0huge\u00a0quantity\u00a0and\u00a0many\u00a0other\u00a0incriminating\u00a0articles.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Prayer\u00a0for\u00a0bail\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0was\u00a0rejected\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0first\u00a0time\u00a0in\u00a0B.A.\u00a0No.\u00a0<br \/>\n                 58\u00a0of\u00a02010\u00a0vide\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a003.02.2010.\u00a0Thereafter,\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0renewed\u00a0his\u00a0prayer\u00a0<br \/>\n                 before\u00a0this\u00a0Court\u00a0in\u00a0B.A.\u00a0No.\u00a06048\u00a0of\u00a02010,\u00a0which\u00a0was\u00a0also\u00a0rejected\u00a0on\u00a028.08.2010,\u00a0<br \/>\n                 however,\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0direction\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0trial\u00a0court\u00a0to\u00a0expedite\u00a0the\u00a0trial\u00a0so\u00a0as\u00a0to\u00a0conclude\u00a0it\u00a0<br \/>\n                 preferably\u00a0within\u00a0six\u00a0months,\u00a0failing\u00a0to\u00a0which\u00a0liberty\u00a0was\u00a0given\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0to\u00a0<br \/>\n                 renew\u00a0his\u00a0prayer\u00a0before\u00a0this\u00a0Court.\u00a0Pursuant\u00a0to\u00a0such\u00a0liberty,\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0has\u00a0renewed\u00a0<br \/>\n                 his\u00a0prayer,\u00a0as\u00a0there\u00a0was\u00a0no\u00a0development\u00a0since\u00a0then\u00a0with\u00a0regard\u00a0to\u00a0examination\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n                 prosecution\u00a0witnesses\u00a0and\u00a0in\u00a0that\u00a0manner,\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0denied\u00a0speedy\u00a0justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Mr. \u00a0 Tewari \u00a0 further \u00a0 submits \u00a0 that \u00a0 as \u00a0 a \u00a0 matter \u00a0 of \u00a0 fact, \u00a0 no \u00a0 incriminating\u00a0<br \/>\n                 article\u00a0much\u00a0less\u00a0any\u00a0fire\u00a0arm\u00a0or\u00a0ammunitions\u00a0was\u00a0recovered\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0possession\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n                 the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0rather\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0alleged\u00a0that\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0basis\u00a0of\u00a0his\u00a0confessional\u00a0statement\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n                 recovery\u00a0was\u00a0made\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0possession\u00a0of\u00a0Helen\u00a0Ekka,\u00a0who\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0figured\u00a0as\u00a0an\u00a0<br \/>\n                 accused\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0case.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>
