Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :08\/04\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                        ===============\n                      W.P.(C) NO. 9837 OF 2008 U\n                    ====================\n\n                  Dated this the 8th day of April, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this writ petition, proceedings initiated under the Securitisation<\/p>\n<p>and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security<\/p>\n<p>Interest Act, 2002 is under challenge.       Though the proceedings have<\/p>\n<p>reached the stage of 13(4), in view of the objections that have been raised<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioners against the proceedings that have been initiated, the<\/p>\n<p>Bank offers to reconsider the steps it has taken only if the petitioners files<\/p>\n<p>their objections to 13(2)notice, which they did not do so far.<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing that it will be<\/p>\n<p>open to the petitioners to file their objections to the 13(2) notice that the<\/p>\n<p>Bank has issued.
