JUSTICE AJAI LAMBA\n\nPresent: Mr. Harkesh Muneja, Advocate,\n         Advocate, for the petitioner.\n\n\nAJAI LAMBA, J. (ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>           It is brought out that Deputy Commissioner Panipat ordered<\/p>\n<p>suspension of the petitioner from the post of Sarpanch and also directed<\/p>\n<p>regular enquiry to be conducted. Order was challenged by the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>appeal.    Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Govt. of<\/p>\n<p>Haryana, Development and Panchayats Department allowed the appeal in<\/p>\n<p>regard to suspension of the petitioner. Order of the Deputy Commissioner<\/p>\n<p>in that regard having been set aside, the petitioner was reinstated.<\/p>\n<p>           Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that effect of the order<\/p>\n<p>passed by the appellate authority would be that even regular enquiry cannot<\/p>\n<p>be conducted.\n<\/p>\n<p>           I am not convinced with the argument. Order passed in appeal<\/p>\n<p>dated 28.02.2006 Annexure P-7 is explicit that it confines itself to<\/p>\n<p>suspension part of the order.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.W.P.
