Rule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p> FIRST<br \/>\nAPPEAL (STAMP) No. 1296 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nappeal is filed under Section<br \/>\n96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 54 of the<br \/>\nLand Acquisition Act, 1894 against the judgment and award dated 11th<br \/>\nMay 2007 passed by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the said<br \/>\nAct.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthis appeal, the claim involved in less than Rs.1 lakh.
