Falka, District Katihar.\n                                                                              -------Petitioners\n                                                   Versus\n                     The State Of Bihar\n                                                                         -----Opposite Party\n                                               ----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   26.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The    petitioners   apprehending     their   arrest   in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                     Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 406, 420, 379 and 504 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code, are named accused in this case out of seven named.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Submission is that the main grievance appears with<\/p>\n<p>                     specific allegation against non-petitioner Binod Mandal at whose<\/p>\n<p>                     instance counter version by way of Falka P.S. Case No. 120 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2011 has also been filed. Further, submission is that there are<\/p>\n<p>                     general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                     the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                     four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with<\/p>\n<p>                     two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Falka P.S.
