JUSTICE DINESH MAHESHWARI\n\n\n            Mr. Rajesh Panwar, for the petitioner.\n\n                                           \n\n                  Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having\n\n            perused the material placed on record, this Court is not persuaded to\n\n            entertain the matter in the writ jurisdiction where the petitioner, said\n\n            to be a resident of Sridungargarh, seeks to contend that the\n\n            respondent No.3 has encroached over the public land; and that the\n\n            encroachment is not being removed despite representations.\n\n                  The petition, by its very nature and for the averments taken,\n\n            involves such aspects relating to the facts, which cannot be\n\n            determined in the writ jurisdiction of this Court.
