APP (SJ) No.510 of 2007\n                             LALAN KUMAR SINHA\n                                   Versus\n                               STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   10.02.2011                 I.A.No.219 of 2011 is a petition for bail of appellant<\/p>\n<p>                   Lalan Kumar Sinha.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant is in custody since 24th December 2004. Further<\/p>\n<p>                   submission is that the bail prayer of this appellant was earlier<\/p>\n<p>                   rejected by this Court twice and lastly on 13th January 2010 but<\/p>\n<p>                   with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year, if the<\/p>\n<p>                   appeal is not heard within the period.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It is submitted that the period of one year has already<\/p>\n<p>                   elapsed but this appeal is not listed for hearing nor there is any<\/p>\n<p>                   likelihood of its listing in near future.<\/p>\n<p>                                In the circumstance, during the pendency of this<\/p>\n<p>                   appeal, appellant Lalan Kumar Sinha is admitted to bail on his<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial court<\/p>\n<p>                   i.e., Addl. Sessions Judge, cum F.T.C.IV, Jamui in S.T.No. 371 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Realization of fine imposed on the appellant shall also<\/p>\n<p>                   remain stayed during the pendency of this appeal.<\/p>\n<pre>      Jay\/                                   (C.
