Therefore, if this Court<br \/>\n\tmay direct the respondent No.2 to decide the said representation,<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner may not press this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of aforesaid, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the<br \/>\n\trepresentation dated 22nd December 2008 made by the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner at Annexure-D (page No.20)<br \/>\n\tto the petition in accordance with law at the earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of aforesaid, the learned advocate for<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner does not press<br \/>\n\tthis petition. The petition stands disposed of as not pressed<br \/>\n\taccordingly. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not<br \/>\n\tentered into merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tpursuance to order passed by this Court, detailed representation has<br \/>\n\tbeen made by petitioner to Principal, Shri VM Mehta College on<br \/>\n\t27\/4\/2010 at page 22, which remained unanswered and no detailed<br \/>\n\torder has been passed by respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,<br \/>\n\tit is directed to respondent to consider representation made by<br \/>\n\tpetitioner dated 27\/4\/2010 because this Court has directed to<br \/>\n\tpetitioner to make representation and to pass appropriate reasoned<br \/>\n\torder as early as possible within a period of three months from date<br \/>\n\tof receiving copy of such representation and communicate decision to<br \/>\n\tpetitioner immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of above observation and direction, present petition is<br \/>\n\tdisposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.<br \/>\n\tHowever, in case if ultimate decision is adverse to petitioner it is<br \/>\n\topen for petitioner to challenge same before appropriate forum in<br \/>\n\taccordance with law.
