\ufb01wis   petitioners have sought for a<\/p>\n
direction  the  to consider the candidature of<\/p>\n
   post of Helper-B in the Ex-Military<\/p>\n
   and to select \ufb02wem and eppoint ‘chem to<\/p>\n
  having due regard to their merits.\n<\/p>\n
ii  The grievance of die peti\ufb01oners in the instant<\/p>\n
  petition is that, petitioners are claiming that they are<\/p>\n

military service. The respondent herein has notified<\/p>\n

Road Transport Corporation__. (Cadre and<\/p>\n
Regulations, 1982 re;eervatior\u00a7VV’jie1y_fe\\(our’e’f\u00abEieservice man<\/p>\n
and the members ef”their”fai\u00a7rij.i3r,-erexrided for and the<\/p>\n
 that the percentage of
\nnumber:  apart for direct recruitment to<\/p>\n
any Ciass”!lV_|:Vcr.(3lassV’i’\u00a3n? posts in the Corporation shall be<\/p>\n

\nappointed  as noti\ufb01ed therein. Be
\nthat   respondent now pubiished e<\/p>\n
notit”i.oetion’  ‘Jihiaye Kamataka daily news paper dated<\/p>\n
   the cut off percentage of the<\/p>\n
    for the various posts. In the said<\/p>\n

3. After careful perusal of the grounds urged by the
\npetitioners and other materials available on file, what has<\/p>\n
been assailed in this writ petition is the edverttsemem<\/p>\n
dated 23.9.2003 vide Annexure-L isstgedf <\/p>\n
respondent, so far as it relatfw to_–~’eEeseitieat\u00abiott<\/p>\n
vacancies in respect of Post Heipet*-B’.and:”‘de4reeeteittg i’<\/p>\n
the vacancy ear marked i\ufb01_’iayour”of:  and’<\/p>\n
treating it as belonging to ,,c3tefr=ererMerrt\u00aboatet3ory. It is<\/p>\n
significant to note eel,teeetgeeeeltee  rnade out by the<\/p>\n
   it “ptediv nor it is a ground for
\nimerferehee eye thielVG.o\u00a3itt:,: the advertisement team by the
\nrespontzlent, it  epeoi\ufb01eiilly referred that, there was a mistake<\/p>\n
‘\u00a7’t~htgf.f..:eer_iier notitieet’ion and it has been corrected by way of<\/p>\n
i rerlgwtng,ifcerrtttertctum and it shouid be read as sl.No.t and 2<\/p>\n
” ettd th_e.i;t\u00a7’1i$.i:hO noti\ufb01cation as such has been issued modifying<\/p>\n
the reservation. The contents of the advertisement is crystal<\/p>\n
”  iolear that, there was a mistake and that has been rectified by<\/p>\n
i  way of issuing another advertisement. The competent<\/p>\n
authorities who have issued the noti\ufb01cation, found some error<\/p>\n
or mistake committed by them inadvertently, they are entitled<\/p>\n
to ciarify the same by way of issuing corrigendum and it
\nshould be read as clarifying the mistake committed earlier in
\nthe noti\ufb01cation. It is not a ground for questioning the<\/p>\n
advertisement issued by respondent itseif, Mthegrtye\ufb01eeiirenang<\/p>\n
the original noti\ufb01cation. The petitioners cannetr\ufb01ermashtesnwe <\/p>\n
writ petition and therefore, the  “eetitren”..\ufb01led:A\u00a7y\u00ab.eet\ufb01i’onLere ‘ T. <\/p>\n
is liable to be dismissed as mis conceived.<\/p>\n
