SIRI JAGAN, J.\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C)No. 3403 of 2011\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 2nd day of February, 2011\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is an employee of the Directorate of<\/p>\n<p>Industrial Training who has been subject to disciplinary<\/p>\n<p>proceedings which ended in imposition of punishment of<\/p>\n<p>compulsory retirement by Ext.P1 order.                    The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>challenges the disciplinary proceedings on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>the enquiry has been conducted in violation of principles of<\/p>\n<p>natural justice.  Against Ext.P1 order, the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P10 appeal before the 1st respondent.                     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner now confines his prayers for a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10<\/p>\n<p>appeal as expeditiously as possible.<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard the learned Government Pleader also,<\/p>\n<p>I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10<\/p>\n<p>appeal as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No. 3403 of 2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>period of three months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>certified copy of this      judgment, after affording an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                                      Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>\n                                                S.
