Patel, learned Advocate for the applicants.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIt<br \/>\nis  submitted that the averments made in the impugned complaint  run<br \/>\ncounter to the report of the Court Commissioner and certain<br \/>\nstatements  made before the Civil Court by the complainant.  Even the<br \/>\ncomplaint, if read as a whole, is nothing but abuse of process of law<br \/>\nsince it does not disclose any offence as alleged.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe nature of dispute, report of the Court Commissioner in a pending<br \/>\ncivil proceedings and statements made in the above proceedings,<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tIssue<br \/>\nNOTICE  returnable on 01.7.2010.  Meanwhile, ad-interim relief in<br \/>\nterms of para 22  [C].  However, pendency of this Special Criminal<br \/>\nApplication will not be a bar for the Civil Court to deal with any<br \/>\napplication that will be filed by any aggrieved persons and the same<br \/>\nmay be adjudicated in accordance with law.
