No.125\/2011 with Vatva Police Station for the offences<br \/>\n\tpunishable u\/s. 302 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and u\/s. 135(1)<br \/>\n\tof the B.P. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\n\tcomplainant has named the applicant accused of inflicting knife<br \/>\n\tblow. After investigation in the chargesheet, role attributed to the<br \/>\n\tapplicant is of getting hold of the deceased and the other two<br \/>\n\tco-accused have inflicted sword and knife blows.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\n\tthe above aspect and even the role alleged to have been played by<br \/>\n\tthe applicant in the charge-sheet also do not make any substantial<br \/>\n\tdifference in commission of the crime by the applicant accused, no<br \/>\n\tcase is made out to enlarge the applicant on bail.
