Therefore, the petitioner had<br \/>\nasked for some details under the provisions of the Right to<br \/>\nInformation Act, which was supplied to the petitioner on 27th<br \/>\nNovember 2008, Annexure &#8216;F&#8217;, page 16 to the petition, by the Public<br \/>\nInformation Officer.  Thereafter, the matter has remained as it is.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tIn<br \/>\nlight of the aforesaid background, let the petitioner file a detailed<br \/>\nRepresentation before the respondents &#8211; authorities claiming<br \/>\ncompassionate appointment on the basis of policy, which was<br \/>\nprevailing at the relevant time, when father of petitioner had died,<br \/>\nwithin a period of one month from the date of receiving copy of this<br \/>\norder.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.1\tAs<br \/>\nand when, the respondents receive such Representation from the<br \/>\npetitioner, they are directed to consider the same on the basis of<br \/>\nPolicy prevailing at the relevant time, when the father of petitioner<br \/>\nhad died, decide the same and pass appropriate reasoned order within<br \/>\na period of three months from the date of receiving Representation<br \/>\nfrom the petitioner and communicate the decision on the same<br \/>\nimmediately to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.2\tIn<br \/>\nview of above observations and directions, the petition is disposed<br \/>\nof without expressing any opinion on merits.
