Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :18\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                         ==============\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 1986 OF 2008 (J)\n                    ====================\n\n              Dated this the 18th day of November, 2008\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The main prayer in this writ petition is to disburse the salary due to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner for the period of his appointment as Lecturer in Malayalam<\/p>\n<p>in the 2nd respondent College during the period 2\/1\/2002 to 2\/6\/2002 in a<\/p>\n<p>leave vacancy. The third prayer is to count the aforesaid period of service<\/p>\n<p>for the purpose of placement in the senior scale.
