In response to his application for information, the CPIO and Appellate<br \/>\nAuthority have duly replied and furnished the information on the basis of available<br \/>\nrecords.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     As there is no denial of information asked for, the appellant is free to seek<br \/>\ninspection of relevant records so as to specify the required information which should<br \/>\nbe furnished to his as per the provision of the Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
