Samanta, Advocate\n            For the State             :       J.C. to G.P.IV\n                                              .............\n\n2\/19.07.2011<\/pre>\n<p>:        In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction on the<br \/>\n            respondents to issue letters of appointment to them for the post of<br \/>\n            Rojgar Sewak for which they were selected in the year 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     It has been stated that on the basis of their eligibility the<br \/>\n            petitioners were selected for the post of Rojgar Sewak and a select list<br \/>\n            was prepared as far back as on 23rd September, 2009. Out of the said<br \/>\n            list several persons were appointed but till date appointment letters have<br \/>\n            not been issued to the petitioners. They filed representation before the<br \/>\n            Deputy Commissioner, Giridih, but the same has also not been heeded<br \/>\n            upon.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Learned J.C. to G.P.IV appearing on behalf of the respondents<br \/>\n            submitted that a counter affidavit has been filed today stating, inter alia,<br \/>\n            that the petitioners are not entitled for appointment. The select panel, in<br \/>\n            which their names are included, also lapsed. The petitioners have, thus,<br \/>\n            no right to enforce through the court of law.
