No.1339 of 2009\n\n\n\n\n02.08.2011\n\n\n      Shri Satish Verma, petitioner present in person.\n      Shri Anshuman Singh, Counsel for the respondents.<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner at the outset raised his grievances in<br \/>\nrespect of stray animals on streets, in particular bulls which are<br \/>\ncausing injuries to the persons and properties of the citizens of<br \/>\nJabalpur. He has also submitted that at Naudra Bridge area, this<br \/>\nseen can be observed at any time when bulls have caused<br \/>\ninjuries to the persons and properties.        It is submitted that<br \/>\nimmediate action is required in this regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation assured<br \/>\nthis Court that effective steps shall be taken by the Corporation<br \/>\nand he prays for 15 days time to submit his report in this regard.<br \/>\nWhile taking action in respect of stray animals on street, the<br \/>\nCorporation shall also take care of other areas of the city<br \/>\nincluding Naudra Bridge.\n<\/p>\n<p>      C.C. as per rules.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)                   (Smt.
