(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>           This is a petition seeking regular bail in case FIR<\/p>\n<p>No. 29.07.2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474,<\/p>\n<p>120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station<\/p>\n<p>Haibowal, Ludhiana.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Notice of motion.\n<\/p>\n<p>           On being asked, Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, learned<\/p>\n<p>Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> Crl. Misc. No.M-13585 of 2011                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          With the consent of the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, as well as, learned Additional Advocate General,<\/p>\n<p>Punjab, present petition is being disposed of finally.<\/p>\n<p>          Undisputedly, co-accused Parminder Singh was<\/p>\n<p>granted bail vide order dated 25.04.2011 by this Court<\/p>\n<p>(Annexure P\/2). Learned counsel for the petitioner states<\/p>\n<p>that present petitioner is the similarly situated accused. He<\/p>\n<p>further states that petitioner is in judicial custody w.e.f.<\/p>\n<p>30.07.2010. Till date, trial has not been commenced.<\/p>\n<p>          Considering    the   totality   of     the   facts    and<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed.
