Learned advocate for the plaintiff was also<br \/>\ndirected to deposit sum of Rs.3,60,000\/- with the Registry on or<br \/>\nbefore 25.08.2011. Learned advocate for the plaintiff has tendered a<br \/>\ncheque bearing No.579248 dated 24.08.2011 drawn on IndusInd Bank in<br \/>\nsum of Rs.3,60,000\/- in favour of the Registrar, Gujarat High Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>[3]\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate for the plaintiff is directed to deposit the same with the<br \/>\nRegistry and the Registry shall accept the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>[4]\tIt<br \/>\nis also pointed out that though today is the returnable date of the<br \/>\nnotice and although the defendant was required to enter appearance<br \/>\nand objection, if any, or to request for vacating the order, the<br \/>\ndefendant has not entered appearance and any request for lifting the<br \/>\narrest order has not been entered.\n<\/p>\n<p>[5]\tTherefore,<br \/>\nwhile directing the plaintiff to comply as aforesaid i.e. to deposit<br \/>\nthe cheque before the Registry, the proceedings, so as to effort an<br \/>\nopportunity to the defendant, are adjourned to 05.09.2011 and the<br \/>\ndirection issued vide order dated 18.08.2011 is also extended till<br \/>\nthe said date.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nK.
