A reading of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 itself show that the order of dismissal is appealable to the<\/p>\n<p>Appellate Authority viz., Deputy Inspector General. Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner also submits that an appeal has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.
