03\/      27.06.2011          Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n
                      Addl. P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                Allegedly, petitioner along with other accused were caught<\/p>\n
                      while they were making plan to commit dacoity.\n<\/p>\n
                                The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n
                      prior to the institution of the present case, only one case had been<\/p>\n
                      registered against the petitioner for the offence under section 380 of<\/p>\n
                      the IPC and the said case had been lodged by the co-villager of the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner. It is further contended by him that when the petitioner was<\/p>\n
                      remanded in this case, he was remanded in two other cases in which<\/p>\n
                      petitioner had not been named.\n<\/p>\n
                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n
                      submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Rajeev Kumar Pandey,<\/p>\n
                      be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n
                      sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.<\/p>\n
                      Sessions Judge II, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions Trial no. 394\/2010<\/p>\n
                      arising out of Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case no. 18\/2010.<\/p>\n
