4. The learned Trial Judge has framed issues,<\/p>\n
 permitted parties to lead evidence. PW–1 to PW–3 are<\/p>\n
6. The positive case of the plaintiffs is that his claim<\/p>\n
is based on the title to the property. Positive caseof<\/p>\n
defendants is that they claim by purchase  V’<\/p>\n
