No.12868 of 2011\n                                  CHANDESHWAR SINGH\n                                            Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   25.04.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case   registered   under   section   7   of   Essential<\/p>\n<p>                   Commodities Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           15 bags of rice and 20 bags of wheat were<\/p>\n<p>                   seized from a Tractor, which was driven by one Ram<\/p>\n<p>                   Bharosa Sah, who disclosed that the grains are of<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by the learned Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner that during verification of the stock of<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner being PDS dealer by the appropriate<\/p>\n<p>                   authorities, distribution of the grains till January,<\/p>\n<p>                   2011 was found in order, whereas the seizure was<\/p>\n<p>                   made on 04.02.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the fact that the seizures were<\/p>\n<p>                   made from Ram Bharosa Sah, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                   above-named, be released on bail in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of twelve weeks from today in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      connection with Fulwari P. S.
