Ms.Chetna Shah,<br \/>\n\tlearned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent &#8211;<br \/>\n\tState.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\n\tis an application preferred by wife of accused &#8211; Ashik A.<br \/>\n\tShaikh praying for temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the<br \/>\n\tground of wife&#8217;s operation of cervical erosion.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard Ms.Chetna Shah,<br \/>\n\tlearned APP for the respondent State. Ms.Shah has vehemently opposed<br \/>\n\tthe present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI have perused medical<br \/>\n\tpapers. I deem it fit and proper to order release of the applicant<br \/>\n\ton temporary bail for a period from 30.9.2011 to 20.10.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t In<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case the accused &#8211;<br \/>\n\tapplicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail on his<br \/>\n\tfurnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)<br \/>\n\twith the jail authority for a period from 30.9.2011 to 20.10.2011.<br \/>\n\tHe shall surrender with the jail authority on 20.10.2011 before 5:30<br \/>\n\tp.m..
