It is<\/p>\n<p>settled law that once a person acquires a report which reflects on his<\/p>\n<p>integrity, the employer is very well within his right to retire such a<\/p>\n<p>person on attaining the age of 55 years upon which a review for<\/p>\n<p>retention in service is the required mandate of the statute.
